Making an Appointment is Two Easy Steps

Step One

Please read through my ‘Rates’ page to look at my private pay rates if you do not have insurance.

Payment for my sessions is made at the time of your appointment. I accept most credit cards and cash. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your session. Please note you have one free cancellation within 24 hours. From then on, each cancellation will be assessed a $100 Cancellation Fee to be paid prior to your next session.

Step Two

Take a deep breath and relax. Then create an account and look for an available appointment here . If you still can’t figure out how to work the calendar, then you may call my office at 206-472-8301 or email me. If I am not available, please leave your name and phone number and I will return your call as soon as possible. Once we connect, I will ask you some brief questions to assess your needs and my availability. Then I can schedule a Telehealth appointment and walk you through how it works. At this time, I will also create your My Portal account for you to use to securely upload your personal information
